Samuel J. Andringa is an associate at Lindner & Marsack, S.C. whose practice is dedicated to representing and advising insurers in the investigation and defense of workers’ compensation cases. Mr. Andringa has experience in hearings before Arbitrators and Commissioners at the Illinois Workers’ Compensation Commission. He also has experience in appeals of cases to the higher courts of the State of Illinois, including the Circuit Court of Cook County and the Illinois Appellate Court.
Mr. Andringa received his Bachelor of Sciences from Trinity Christian College in 2016, majoring in Criminal Justice and History. He then earned his Juris Doctor from The John Marshall Law School in Chicago, Illinois in 2019. While in law school, Mr. Andringa clerked for an Illinois workers’ compensation firm representing and defending Illinois employers.
Mr. Andringa is licensed to practice law in the State of Illinois. He is a member of the Illinois State Bar Association and the Illinois Workers’ Compensation Lawyers Association (WCLA).
