Professional Experience

Alexis J. Polite is an associate attorney at Lindner & Marsack, S.C., whose practice is solely dedicated to defending workers’ compensation claims for insurance industry and self-insured employers.

Ms. Polite earned her Juris Doctor from Marquette University Law School. She received her undergraduate degree from Saint Mary’s College, Notre Dame, where she studied Sociology and Criminology.

Prior to joining Lindner & Marsack, S.C., Ms. Polite gained experience in family law, where she developed a strong foundation in client communication and litigation support. Her prior experience allows her to bring a client-focused and detail-oriented approach to her practice.

Ms. Polite is a member of the State Bar of Wisconsin and is based in the firm’s Milwaukee office.
