Christopher J. Saugstad is an associate at Lindner & Marsack S.C. His practice includes labor and employment issues, including wage and hour, employment discrimination defense, unemployment compensation, immigration, family and medical leave, workplace health and safety, restrictive covenant agreements, collective bargaining, and labor arbitration. Mr. Saugstad utilizes his corporate background to stay client-focused and goal-oriented.
Mr. Saugstad received his JD from Marquette University Law School where he was a Thomas More Law Scholar, a member of the Marquette Business Law Society, and had the opportunity to intern for the U.S. Law Library of Congress. He received his Bachelors of Business Administration in Finance and International Business from the Lubar School of Business at the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee.
Mr. Saugstad is currently admitted to practice in all Wisconsin state courts, in federal court in the Eastern District of Wisconsin, and in the United States Circuit Court of Appeals for the Seventh Circuit. He is a member of the State Bar of Wisconsin Bar and the American Bar Association where he is actively engaged in their Young Lawyers Division programs.
When not engaged in practice, Christopher enjoys spending time with his family, boating and hiking, playing soccer, and advocating for water quality and wildlife habitats in the Great Lakes region.
