Samuel M. Draver is an associate at Lindner & Marsack, S.C. His current practice focuses on representing insurance companies and self-insured employers in the defense of worker’s compensation claims.
Prior to joining Lindner & Marsack, Mr. Draver gained experience at a Milwaukee law firm specializing in defending employers in worker’s compensation claims. He also previously worked as an associate for a firm specializing in personal injury, worker’s compensation, and labor law.
Mr. Draver obtained his Juris Doctor from Marquette University Law School, and his undergraduate degree from Marquette University. During law school, Mr. Draver served on the Student Bar Association Executive Board, and interned with the Wisconsin Supreme Court. He is a member of the State Bar of Wisconsin and the Wisconsin Association of Worker’s Compensation Attorneys.
