Claudia R. Harke is an associate at Lindner & Marsack, S.C. Her current legal practice is focused on defending worker's compensation claims for the insurance industry and self-insured employers.
Ms. Harke is actively involved in various local and regional bar associations. Prior to joining Lindner & Marsack in September of 2017, Ms. Harke spent one year as a judicial clerk for the Honorable Stephanie G. Rothstein of the Milwaukee County Circuit Court.
Ms. Harke received her law degree from the University of Wisconsin Law School and her undergraduate degree from Tennessee Technological University where she majored in economics. While in law school, Ms. Harke wrote an article on whether NFL cheerleaders should unionize which was published by the Wisconsin Journal of Law, Gender & Society. Ms. Harke also served as the symposium editor for the law journal. Ms. Harke was a four-year member of the Tennessee Tech Golden Eagles women’s fastpitch softball team.
